Jessie & Robbie decided to elope while on holiday in Phuket and have a whole day of celebrating their love with a traditional Thai wedding blessing by the monks in the temple, some elephant riding, fine dining at Royal Phuket Marina and finally a sunset Western wedding on another island.
I was the wedding planner and my photography and video team followed them around and it was a full day so special moments and absolute joy and love for these two newly weds.
We met at Wat Chalong and they were blessing by the monks at a private Buddhist wedding ceremony, lit candles, roamed the temple grounds and then the amphur came to sign the official papers as we arranged the legalisation for their marriage in Bangkok first. A pretty table with flowers and decorations was set up and after that they wrote love notes to each other and tied them to the tree. After a photo shoot around Wat Chalong they went into the jungle on an elephant and had the most amazing view of Phuket with clear blues skies and a sparkling ocean view.
It was time for lunch at Royal Phuket Marina and then we got on a speed boat and went to The Village, Coconut Island. Jessie had her hair and make-up done and they were married again at a Western wedding with a blue ocean theme on the beach at sunset. It was so lovely and emotional and they were both crying as the guitarist played their song as she walked down the aisle.
Coming up is part two showing the beach wedding & the highlights video for Jessie & Robbie.
