So thrilled to see Carly & Kevin’s JW Marriott wedding published in the annually published Great Destination Weddings magazine. This beautiful wedding at Mai Khao in the garden of JW Marriott in Phuket is one of our favorites this year so far.
The couple who are from the UK and living in Australia had been fans of the JW Marriott for a long time and had previously enjoyed holidays there including the groom’s 30th birthday. So they were certain it was the dream wedding location for them. Their ceremony was lovely and Carly looked absolutely gorgeous as she walked down the aisle right at sunset.
A highlight of the wedding day was releasing the rare sea turtle into the ocean. Kevin had the job of carrying it to the ocean and said it was much heavier than he imagined. It took a few seconds to realize it’s freedom and swam into the waves.
