So great to meet this successful international nutritionist. We did a photo shoot in Phuket at Naiharn Gym, the Sai Yuan local area and at Spoon Full of Sugar (a gorgeous cafe that you need to visit if you don’t know it).
She aims to encourage young women to love themselves through yoga, nourishment and travel inspiration.
